Do you support events and notifications?

Yes. Plan events and send reminders or updates by email and SMS to specific groups or individuals.

Does Retamica offer a directory?

Yes. Enable a member directory so participants can connect. Access can be org-paid or member-paid.

Pricing

How does pricing work?

Core management is free. Communication uses pay-as-you-go credits. Directory access can be org-paid or member-paid.

Can our community operate at zero out-of-pocket cost?

Yes. Stewards can purchase credits as needed and members can optionally pay for directory access to offset costs.

Do unused credits expire?

Credits never expire, and there is no subscription. Credits remain usable as long as your account is active.

Privacy & Security

How is data protected?

We follow best practices for security and access control. Admins and stewards only see the data they are authorized to manage.

Is member data shared?

Data is used only for the organization’s operations as configured. See our privacy policy for details.
